» What does “printed to order” mean if I only want one?

Every item is printed after you order it, so you can buy a single t-shirt or hoodie. There’s no minimum order and no stock sitting in a warehouse. Allow about a week before dispatch, unless you pay a rush charge during checkout.

 

» What is Direct to Garment (DTG) printing?

DTG prints artwork straight onto the fabric with a digital printer, a bit like an inkjet for garments. It suits detailed, multi-colour designs and small runs, which is why Angle Tee can print to order.

 

» How do I choose the right size?

Every product page has an AS Colour size guide under “Size Guide”. Compare it with a garment you already own. Because each item is printed to order, check your size before ordering. See our Returns Policy for what happens if it doesn’t fit.

 

» How accurate are the colours in the shop?

Screens vary between devices, so treat the product photos as a close guide, not an exact match. Garment colours are AS Colour’s standard colours. If a colour match matters, contact us before you order, or visit an AS Colour store.

 

» Can I customise a design or request a new one?

We’re open to ideas, such as a different fish, a fishing style or a map feature. Tell us what you have in mind through the contact page and we’ll say what’s possible.

 

» Can I place a group or club order in different sizes and colours?

Yes. Mix sizes and colours freely, and there’s no minimum order. For larger groups wanting a custom design, please contact us. 

 

» Do you ship outside New Zealand?

Yes. We ship within New Zealand, to Australia and to a list of other countries including the UK, Ireland, France, Canada and Fiji. See Shipping Information for the full list. We can’t deliver to PO Boxes.

 

How long does delivery take?

Once dispatched, NZ Post delivers overnight to urban addresses in New Zealand and takes 2–3 days for rural addresses. Shipping is calculated at checkout by number of items and destination. For international, see our Shipping Information page.

 

» What is your returns policy?

Request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in new condition and in original packaging. Return postage to be paid by the customer. For a faulty, damaged or misprinted item, contact us straight away. Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size cannot be returned.

 

» Do Angle Tee garments give sun protection?

They aren’t UPF-rated. The tees are 100% combed cotton, so they give ordinary fabric cover only. For long days on the water, add sunscreen or a UPF-rated layer. AS Colour also notes that some sunblocks, deodorants, strong sun and sweat can bleach the dyes in certain colours.

 

» What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay, or BANK TRANSFER WITH NO TRANSACTION FEES. To pay by bank transfer, first place your order and select bank transfer option for payment. After you submit your order, you will receive email confirmation of your order with bank details for payment by online banking transfer.
